These are installation allowances, not one globally metered allowance across independent installations. Admitted requests count even if the provider times out; requests refused before admission do not. See the versioned limits documentation for technical behaviour.
Costs and support
No Developer licence fee is charged within the included allowances. Your model provider and infrastructure provider charge separately. Documentation and best-effort issue responses are available; no uptime SLA, guaranteed response time or 24×7 support is included. Paid support or a commercial deployment requires a separate agreement.
Expiry and required updates
The supplied entitlement expires 6 October 2027 at 00:00 UTC. Provider profiles have an earlier deadline: they remain valid through 14 October 2026, inclusive UTC. After that profile deadline, new model requests using those profiles are refused until a reviewed update is installed. A current entitlement and reviewed profiles are both required. Installing v0.2.1 later does not extend either deadline.
Check the release updates and contact info@trytollgate.com for renewal. This is a developer preview, not an unattended production release. These deadlines come from the versioned licence and README; this page does not promise an update or renewal.
Permitted use and restrictions
You may download and run the official package, including for internal commercial workloads, within its allowances. Installer scripts and documentation may be copied and modified for installing and operating TollGate.
You may not remove or circumvent proprietary entitlement controls, redistribute modified proprietary binaries, or sell the proprietary edition without a separate agreement, except where applicable law or a component licence expressly permits it. The compiled package is not an unrestricted open-source edition, and the licence grants no trademark rights.
Rights in code previously released under Apache-2.0 remain intact. Apache-2.0 and other component licences govern their respective components and take precedence for those components. See the bundled licences and attribution.
Warranty and liability
The proprietary software is supplied “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the package licence excludes Sanrish Technologies’ liability for indirect or consequential loss or damages arising from use. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
This summary introduces no additional liability cap, indemnity, jurisdiction clause or restriction. Read the complete versioned licence for the operative wording.
Review before installation
Download the official archives and verify their checksums using the installation guide. After extracting the package, open LICENSE (or run cat LICENSE) before running python3 setup.py. The bundled licence remains available offline. Displaying it does not create a new click-through agreement or change its terms.
